Happy Easter!

We had a super hard time getting a good one of all three, this is as good as it got. Oh well we tried. Happy Easter!

Disneyland...Again!

We were able to go to Disney again this winter. We went with our friends Ryan and Chalan and their kids and had lots of fun. We did a six day pass so we didn't feel super rushed and we didn't stay all day at the park any day. It was the most crowded we have ever seen it but we still got to do everything we wanted. Lucy thought it was super fun but was scared of all the characters except one. One day the guys went golfing and Chalan and I took the kids over alone and just took our time seeing characters we had never seen and just doing what the kids wanted. We did get to spend one day at the pool but I was enjoying myself so much laying in the sun I didn't take a single picture. All in all in was a great trip. We have tried tons of times to get a picture in front of the castle and so far this is the best one, oh well maybe one day.

The first morning we were there we did the Mickey breakfast. The kids had fun meeting the characters, learning to surf and dance but didn't do much eating!
Flynn Rider is the only character Lucy willing walked up to and got a picture with. I guess she has good taste he is pretty cute. The kids with Rapunzel and Flynn Rider.
This is the toy Lucy picked. It's Boo from Monsters and she loves her. She drags the baby everywhere.
Alice, The Mad Hatter and us. I was really pleased that we saw lots of characters we have never seen.
One thing we did this time that we have never done before was the Jedi Academy. The kids thought it was fantastic. Blake loved fighting Darth Vader but was sad that he didn't get Darth Maul.
When they were finished that got a certificate saying they were now Jedis. Grace really believes that she is one and had to get a light saber as her toy. She has also decided she wants to be a Jedi for Halloween.

A Star is Born

Last week Grace performed in her 1st grade program. It was entitled Character Matters II and was all about being nice and having good manners. She was the queen in the Princess and and the Pea portion. Her good friend Rie was the princess. She did a fantastic job and had lots of fun. The red dress she is wearing was mine, I wore it in a wedding but I also wore it in my first grade play.
