This year for Halloween we had Belle, a cowboy and a lion. We had a ward party last weekend and the kids got to dress out and then for Halloween Blake, Lucy and I trick-or-treated our neighborhood. Poor Grace was at home sick but she was just happy that her sweet brother did her trick-or-treating for her. I think that she wasn't that overly upset because she got to dress up for our ward party and for a friend party she was invited to. To the left my cute kids.

Grace was very insistent that she was going to be Belle. I tried very hard to get her to be Rosetta from Tinker Belle but she would have non of that. She really wanted her hair just like Belle's too so I invested in a curling iron and tried my best, she was pleased I think. On the night of Halloween she felt so bad she didn't even want to dress up but I am a mean mother and I made her so I could get pictures. In the end she was happy to be dressed up but she didn't trick-or-treat but she did watch her dad pass out the candy.

My little cowboy forgot half way around the neighborhood that he was a cowboy and started growling at everyone. I guess he should have been a dino or lion or something. Oh well he loved his guns. He also loved trick-or-treating. I couldn't get him to go home. I did finally have to take Lucy home because it was so cold but he couldn't have cared less. He was also so nice to get Grace some candy. She didn't get quite as much as him because he offered his bucket first and some people would tell him only one treat. He tried to explain but some people still said no. Oh well he tried and she did get some.

My cute little lion with spit all over. She thought she was pretty funny all dressed up and kept giggling. I am a bad mother and forgot her gloves while we were out but she never cried even though her hands were freezing. She just looked around very interested in what all the crazy people where doing.
Now we just need to get rid of all the candy so I will quit eating it!
